🚚 When will I receive my delivery?

All orders are shipped via next day* delivery.  

• Orders placed by 10:30am are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after may still go out the same day, but we can’t guarantee it.

Please note: *Next day delivery applies to weekdays only, and excludes weekends and bank holidays.

📦 How much is delivery?

• Website orders: Free UK delivery is included with all orders placed directly through our wholesale website.
• Custom orders: Delivery is calculated based on weight and shipping method. 

🏢 Can I visit your warehouse?

Yes absolutely! We love seeing our wholesale customers in person.  Visits to our crystal filled warehouse based in South Wales are available to approved businesses on an appointment only basis. Visits are allocated per business allowing you exclusive undisturbed access to enjoy shopping and carefully select your crystals for your business.  If you would like to arrange a visit please contact us. Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate unplanned visits.

💸 Why do you have a minimum spend?

Like most wholesale businesses—regardless of industry—we operate with a minimum spend plus VAT. This reflects bulk purchasing in line with the true definition of a wholesale business model and practices.

We’re committed to protecting both our supply chain integrity and our existing wholesale clients.

Our application process allows us to:

• Ensure we’re working with legitimate businesses
• Prevent over-saturation of our products in the retail market
• Maintain fair and responsible pricing
• Preserve the professionalism expected from a B2B wholesaler

🌍 Can I find crystals cheaper ?

Yes - as with many consumer goods these days the market is oversaturated with low-priced mass-produced products, crystals not being an exception.

Whilst there are many businesses successful using this business model, we’ve consciously chosen not work with mass processed crystals for a plethora of reasons.  

The crystals we import and supply to shops around the world are finished at their place of origin. This enables us to continue supporting meaningful and fair employment opportunities in the communities we work with.

🧾 Is your wholesale stock just unsold retail stock?

No, our wholesale and retail operations are separate.

·       Distinction Crystals Wholesale operates from its own dedicated warehouse.  Each year we import multiple containers full of crystals which are allocated to our wholesale warehouse and customers (who are often the first to open and delve through boxes).  

·       Our Retail products are managed separately in a different warehouse.
