We understand how important it is to receive your stock quickly, so our team works hard to ensure your orders are carefully packed and dispatched as promptly as possible.

🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 10:00am (Monday–Friday)

We aim to process, pack and dispatch your order the same working day.

Orders placed after 10:00am (Monday–Thursday)

We'll still do our very best to process and dispatch your order that day. However, depending on our courier collection times, dispatch may take place the following working day.

Orders placed after 10:00am on Fridays or over the weekend

These orders will be processed and dispatched on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Bank Holidays

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Information

Our complimentary Next-Day Delivery service aims to deliver your order on the next working day following dispatch.

Whilst we always endeavour to get your crystals to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to courier collection schedules, circumstances beyond our control or orders containing bespoke items from our workshop.
